Outtasking
Under most portfolio elements outtasking has been mentioned as one of the fulfillment
methods a client may wish to contract from my practice. Indeed, it adds the benefits of
immediate delivery to those of organisational development and competency assurance,
described elsewhere.
Specifically for SMEs (irrespective of their economic activity) and individual projects,
however, I offer ad- hoc outtasking services, not necessarily embedded in a structural
relationship.
Indeed, such activities have proven to be of high added value to the clients, very
appropriate for my "working style" and, I confess, of great interest to me, personally.
The list of possibilities is open ended, and one successful engagement often spawns
the next. I therefore only mention some recent briefs as examples:

Documentation of all kinds

Internationalisation of documents (Dutch, English, French, German), including
translation and localisation (i.e. cultural and regulatory adaptation)

Written and verbal communication in languages less familiar to the client (for scope
see above)

Contracts and agreements according to most EU legal systems

Management of litigation in or with business relations from most EU countries, as
well as the assurance of compliance with foreign regulatory requirements. This
includes both autonomous representation of the client and the coordination of legal
assistance (solicitors, barristers, registrars, notaries, etc.)

Initial local presence in the Netherlands (mail-box firms, agency, organisational
concept and start-up)

Identification and establishments of channels to market on an "as needed" basis.
